The buyer acquires a 100% participatory interest in an operating LLP that holds on its balance sheet two owned depots, permanent buildings, repair infrastructure and a fully equipped fleet of commercial vehicles. Land, service, premises and fleet are already combined in one legal entity and stay on its balance sheet.

Depot 1 has seven permanent buildings with a total area of 1,642.7 m²: office, warehouse, garages, repair shop, checkpoint, dispatcher room and a stand-alone heating unit (boiler house). Depot 2 is in-house production and service infrastructure for a large transport company: a 6,810.3 m² vehicle service centre, a dispatch office and a transformer substation, 6,847.9 m² of permanent buildings in total. A long-haul fleet built on DAF XF
An established specialised fleet for cold-chain and long-haul work: DAF XF tractors from 2012–2018 and refrigerated semi-trailers for long legs, Belava medium-duty reefers from 2018–2019 and GAZ insulated vans for regional distribution.

An entry point for haulage across Kazakhstan, the EAEU and the trade corridors with China
Rudny and Kostanay Region are northern Kazakhstan on the border with the Urals: highways to Chelyabinsk, Kurgan and Orenburg, access to Astana and on to the southern corridors towards China. Depots inside the EAEU give a carrier a foothold for Kazakh, Russian and transit routes and for the growing trade between Kazakhstan and China.
